On behalf of all party members we congratulate you and family members and all comrades in NDF-P and its organisations of the legal victory in the European Court of First Instance Sep 30 who annulled the absurd terrorist label of you.

We also congratulate all progressive people in the European DEFEND committee who have worked hard in connection of your case.

Communist Party, Sweden has declared it several times and we repeat it again: Liberation struggle is not terrorism.

As Swedes we also strongly condemn the Swedish social democratic government’s cowardly approval of the unjust decision taken against you October 28 2002.

We demand that all terrorist listings against Communist Party of Philippine and New Peoples Army shall be annulled.
